A great example of karma

Five of the infamous Somali pirates were fleeing from the oncoming attack of surrounding warships when their boat capsized. They lost not only their $3,000,000 in ransom payments but also their lives. One of the bodies washed up on the shore and the others remain missing.

Somalia and Ethiopia make up the Horn of Africa which is bordering a popular route taken to travel from the Arabic Sea (part of the Indian Ocean) to the Red Sea and then to the Mediterranean Sea. This also makes it a popular spot for pirates to capture sailors with the intent of extorting money.
